....how do you have them pipes on the drivers side running...do you have a double hump crossmember or is it cut out....???

The car originally had a single exhaust so the shop that installed them ran both pipes down the passenger side through the crossmember and then down both sides. I am getting a oil change in the next week or so and when the car is up on the hoist I will take a pic to show you. Lloyd

I have seen that on other cars....running both on the same side.......pics would be great....even a few of the routing if the passenger side pipe....

..I picked up a double hump crossmember from a cutlass...was told that it should bolt right up...but a few people are telling me now that it might not be the case...might need a few modifications...(I hate them old modification things)....I will find out when I start the small project....but its always good to have a plan B

Frank there's enough clearance on the crossmember for the 2 pipes and I don't think the one on your car would be any different. When I send you the pics you will see what I'm talking about. No need to modify anything if you don't have to. Lloyd

Lloyd, I see you have a pic posted - sure looks good. Frank - my offer is still open - I would love to park your Pace car in my garage - permantly !!!!! (you could always fly up here and I would let ya borrow the keys) !!! My 73 project is on hold, the old $ issue don't ya know....

Frank, within about 45 minutes is a 70 stage 1 convertible (is advertized on the BCA board now) If you could afford it $45K - it could be your ticket (maybe you would have to sell that pace car !!!)

45 k is way 2 much money for me....

I have a guy chasing me down trying 2 buy my car...he offered me so-so money...but I know if I sell I will never find one as clean....

..he offered me..$$$ and a clean 71 challenger all stock..
