15x8 rally sources?

Hey guys, I bought a set of 4 rally 15x8s on Ebay a year ago made in USA by JK or JC Customs, they are really junk for new wheels, Im terribly upset. The center is not even welded in true and they are out of round/wobbling. I took off my 15x7s to put these on and they look nice, but are not as nice of a wheel as the factory produced quality control wise.

Has anyone heard of these wheels from this company? They have a date code of Nov. 2004.

Would like to know who makes quality 15x8s that I can purchase without worrying about being true. I want it smooth like a buick should be, not with 4 ounce weights.

I bought my 15 X 8's from Wheel Vintiques (available through Sumitt), and from Then and Now Auto. They had a group order awhile back. You may want to contact them.
