Don't know who you are asking, but I used a kit from http://clocksandgauges.com/gpage.html and it was great. Clock keeps perfect time 2 years later. They will do a conversion or restoration for you too.

Or DIY with a cheap, battery fed clock with arms. Did it for several clocks of big Buicks (71-73)
