:Comp: Last summer I was messing around with scales under the back tires of my 72 and found out with 30lbs of air in the right side and nothing in the left and no weight in the drivers seat that it has about 60lbs more weight on the left side. It is a stock suspesion car. Has anyone run into this problem before? It dont make no sense to me unless the thing is twisted. Would adjustable upper arms help to preload the right side? I am going to put a 8 point bar in this year so I can see if the car is twisted before it goes in. I am wondering if changing front springs from side to side would help, maybe one is stronger than the other. I also plan on putting the battery in the trunk over the right tire. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I would like to hear them. My cars 60 fts are only 1.63 to 1.66 on a good track, I would like to see it in the 1.5s unless I am asking to much. Tom W

Did you try letting the air out of the airbag?
Just thinking here......

Or park the LF tire on a 2x4 and see what it does. You might need to preload the LF spring some to get it balanced out right. Try and A/C spacer on the drivers side if it works.

Gary, I let the air out of the bag and it gets much worse, Like about 120lbs more on the wrong side. I need to get it up on stands and get it leveled up in front and see if the back is level to or if it is twisted. That was my next thing to try, A spacer in the front spring to see what that does.
