7.75 X 14 conversion

My 68 Skylark was originaly on 7.75 X 14'' tire (I read it in the manual) , now i'm running with 15'' aftermarket wheels and 205/70/15 tire .

I just bought 15 x 7 Rallye wheels like the picture above . what would be the best fit for those wheels considering that I have fender skirt in the rear ? I'd like to get raised letters tire .

search by tire size

255/60 15 if the rallyes were 15X8 with 4 1/2" backspacing then see if the white letter selections are in your tire sire for your 15X7 by calling your local tire guy.

I'm gonna have my "new" Rally wheels tomorow afternoon , since i'm on vacation for 2 weeks startin' tonite :cool: I will have time to put them on early next week , I'll start with my 205/70/15 till the end of the year and next year i'll do some search for the best fit as large as I can .. but I expect not to buy larger than 215/65/15 .. to be continue :TU:
