List of potential boneyard GM donor cars for 8.5 posi carrier?

What GM cars are good ones to check to see if they have a 8.5 posi carrier? I was told some mid 80's GM wagons may have 'em since many had trailer towing packages. How about we start a running list?? Is G80 a common GM RPO code here should we have trunk access to codes??

Righto on the wagons. My wifes 90 Estate wagon is a factory 8.5 3.23 Posi. I've heard seventies Trans Ams are an excellent source as well.
