A buddy of mine was at a swap meet this summer and saw these 427 Ford factory iron headers laying in a pile of misc. junk for sale.

The conversation went like this:

Buddy: what do those fit?

Seller: don't know, but they must fit some thing.

Buddy: what do you have to get for them?

Seller: Well, they are worth big money to who ever can figure out what they fit, so I'm not going to give them away cheap.
How about fifty bucks?

Buddy: how about thirty?

Seller: make it forty and youv'e got a deal!

Buddy: OK.

It would be worth building a car to go with those manifolds:Smarty: Sorta like the long ram manifolds we have.

That's what is on the big Merc.

40lbs over the FE log manifolds, but about as close as you can get to tube headers!

I'll give your buddy $250 Joel.

As Cast. ...In my basement using melted down Yugo blocks and a set of 2" pipes as the casting molds:Brow:
