The turbo 400 that came in my 70 GS doesnt have a Buick code on it. The plate has: PB-68-109974

Could this from a 1968 pontiac? Thanks, Rob

on the "P", and definitely right on it being a 68 model yr.

PB-68 transmission came out of a 1968 Pontiac behind the 400 V8-2 bbl carb.
