Thats what I was looking for thanks alot Judd. What I think is wierd, my 59 came with rallys and the steels in the trunk with the dog dishes. I did'nt think 59's even came with those maybe it was a lesabre item but I havent seen a single picture or ad with dog dishes them on.

This is what is supposed to be for 55. I have 4 of these (NOS) which means they are not perfect. You can get the trim rings from Coker Tire. I do not have a picture of the trim ring but let me know I and will tell you which one is correct from Coker. The rims that had the small caps and trim rings also had 2 pinstripes. I have most of the clips for the Motor wheel. I never did put these on since I found some restored full wheel covers and later put on the repro wire wheels.

There were 2 full wheelcovers available for '59; the DeLuxe and the Super DeLuxe (which was the DeLuxe with a spinner). LeSabres were the only model to not have a full wheelcover as standard.... but I have yet to see a factory original '59 with poverty caps.
Collectible Auto did a feature article on '59-60 Buicks, and in there is a '60 in there that's dead stock with poverty caps, and they look exactly like the ones 322bnh posted a pic of above (NO trim rings). Don't know for sure if they're correct for '59 (or '60)... but with Buicks SO infrequently getting poverty caps, I wouldn't be at all surprised to know they used the same design for numerous years.

My caps look exactly like the ones he posted except beat to hell two at least. Mines a LeSabre so maybe they are stock kind and theres no power anything on my car so its bottom of the line. I like it that way easyer to work on without all that power crap. Anyways I'm just running the rings and it looks mean as hell.
