COOL SITE!
I've got a '70 skylark with a stock rebuilt 350 4bbl Im guessing it's the 285 hp 350(although it my be the 315 hp but Im not sure ,the old air cleaner has the old 350 Hi-compression sticker on it) and it runs strong, all Ive done to it so far is toss in a set of hooker super competition headers ,a flowmaster 2.5" exhaust ,a 3.55:1 posi rear out of a GTO ,some lakewood no-hop bars , and if they make any differance , new ignition parts, accel coil,K+N filter, dual snorkel air cleaner ,and I got rid of the old A/C junk.I havent brought my car to the trac YET I was wondering if I throw on some sticky tires could I run a low 14 sec. time or do I need more parts.
What do you think of TA performances stage 1 intake?

With a little higher stall converter (say 2500) you could easily be in the low 14 sec. on street tires. It's always fun to bench race but more fun when you get to the track :TU:

Hey Anti-Chevy, you said you got rid of the a/c parts. Do you still have any of the brackets? If so, I'll gladly take them off of your hands.

I'm in Cincinnati, OH. I really only need the top bracket anyway. How much do you want for it? Thanks,

Matt
