Correct Holley 850, Factory Stage 2 Package

What is the correct Holley Carb number and/or Quadrajet carb number that Buick recommended or sold with the Factory Stage 2 package? Much thanks in advance!

Thanks, Larry! Is this mechanical secondaries or vacuum, choke or not?

Holley double pumper(mechanical secondaries) and I would guess a manual choke if any.

Current model 4781 850's range from 0-4781, 0-4781-1 to 0-4781-6. I guess that means the R-4781 has been discontinued, and I imagine there was a GM part number, too?

Dan- Jegs sells the Holley Double pumper "classic series". Its listed as a 510-0-4781C (Jegs part #) . It sells for 459.00. Its in essence the same one that was available 34 years ago. Most racers mill off the choke butterfly anyway. I doubt your going to need a choke on a Stage 2!
