Looking for boot hold down strip

Does anyone have the hold down strip that anchors the front of the boot behind the seat. It's metal and should have 5 holes in it. To fit a 69 GS??

I believe that item is made as an aluminum or steel extrusion for the screen enclosure business.

I would also check with www.opgi.com
and see what they have listed for Chevelles since they
use the same part.

The Chevelle idea is one I had also and since they're as common as noses, there must be a couple of Chevelle convertibles that were stripped of useable parts before they were pressed. Also, one could be easiy made out of a strip of aluminum with holes in the right places - or flat washers under the screws.:laugh:

Of course this risks the otherwise perfect concourse score.
