will this fit a gs equiped with a hei distributor? Reason why I'm asking is that I bought one on ebay not sure if its original or repro but it was just bumping into my distributor and basically I couldn't use it as a result. Maybe you could give me measurements to double check against mines. lenght, height.

Im not sure about HEI's hitting the hook. I have never had an issue unless you have a 350 fan shroud ??? Im not sure really shoot a picture and post it so I can see what it looks like

Are the hooks for the 70 only or do the 71-72s use it too ? :Do No:

71 and 72 used a plastic strap to hold the hose. 70 is the year for the hook and I have sold them to fit the 69s also.

Mike, 71 used no plastic strap for the hose. There is not even a hole for anything in the 71 fan shroud. The plastic strap started in 72.
