'72 Window Sweepers; NOS or General App.?

Hello,

The window sweepers on my '72 Electra 2-dr. are rotting away, and I cannot find a repro anywhere -- it seems to me this rubber/metal part could be cut to length, and bent for the rear or quarter window application.

CARS make a 4-piece set for the 69-70 Electra, but no luck for the 72s. Any tips would help here; I'm about to repaint this car, and need some way to seal the front and quarter glass at the bottom or I can't drive it! Thanks-

Try www.JCWhitney.com (They have window channeling but it's generic (you need to know the shapeof the old pieces)) You shouldbe able to adapt it .

I forgot that I bought the window sweeps for my 72 from supercar.com. They cover all the 'B' body styles/
