i just put a new 750 on my regal. What kind of power gains can i expect?

Well, without knowing what you started with and what kind of motor it is, there is no answer. If you put that carb on a stone stock 307, it's going to run like crap. If your motor needed a 750 and you had a 2 bbl on it, then you will pick up several HP with the 750. It's all relative.
