oil leaking from exhaust port?

removed an old header gasket today, and found that cylinder #7 at the far back is seeping some oil. (saw it on the gasket)

this is the only port doing it, should i be worried? what might be causing it?

:Do No: Just my guess, a bad valve guide or seal.
If its a bad seal I dont think it would be to much to worry about, and with the right tools it would be an easy fix.
If its a bad guide it could lead to some bad problems like a squared valve.
