Hey, JUDD!

Love the looks of the Tri-Power Set-UP! Chroming the Valve and Spark Plug Covers or the Finned Aluminim along with the Valley Pan Really Dresses the Nailhead up NICE. Chrome or Powdercoat the Water Crossover.

Are You also adding a Performance Cam? :TU: :3gears: :beer

I have an Isky cam but it is a solid lifter cam and adjusting the lifters would require the removal of the rear AC bracket so I'm leaning to 401 rockers and the stock cam for now. Also I would need to cut the valve relief in the pistons bigger to be safe. I may rebuild the motor in my parts car over time with this cam and new pistons etc. to replace the motor in the car now.

I would like to know where the guy with the green tripower motor got them header flanges.

I like this. A bit impractical for the street though.

I like everything but the air cleaner on this one.

Hi Judd:

I have a 401 that I am trying to hook up the hillborne injection. I haven't got the pulley for the water pump shaft. Also it is going in a 1965 or 1966 GS. Any idea on the trottle linkage from straight back and forth to side to side? What did you use for a bell crank type of assembly? Did you buy or make somthing, and if you did could you take a picture and post it on Buick V8 dot com? This is 66nailhead

Header flanges are all over ebay but make sure you get 3/8" plate with relief for the dipstick. Some are thin cheapies. Love all them nailheads!!! Hillborns can be converted to electronics now. What a great way to make the greatest looking engine ever made to runthe greatst!!! Wish I had the bucks to do it. Good luck.

The header flanges on e-bay are for 364/401/425, the 264/322 have round exhaust ports . I don't think the later flanges will work/
