body tag decode please

Hi everyone, I haven't been posting much lately as I'm still waiting for my busted leg to come good,however I managed to get down to the shed and fire up my Skylark yesterday,anyways I was looking at the body tag and was wondering what the ACC codes were for this car,I'll list the all the numbers and somebody may be able to decode the plate.
