correct color for center of ralley wheels

Hi was wondering what the correct color is in the center of my ralley wheels (71) so I can repaint? Any tips on how to repaint would be helpful too, also any tips on how to fix a few scuffs on the outer ege of the chrome not too bad just need to hide it better.
