Thanks

Thursday, April 28th noon-4PM Test and tune and Gamblers Race, $25 to T&T, $10 for gamblers race, $10 for spectators.
Friday, April 29th 9-4, Test and tune, $30 and $10 for gamblers race, $10 for Spectators
Saturday, April 30th, All Buick Car Show, at Arbys, Norwalk, $10/car, spectators free
Sunday May 1st, Buick Race Day, 15th Annual, For Buick powered only, Quick 16, Bracket races and 2nd Chance Race.$30 pre-entry, $10 spectator, $40 day of race for car/driver.
Pre-Entry Form (http://www.mi-buicks.com/Norwalk/PREENTry2005.DOC) Flyer (http://mi-buicks.com/Norwalk/slide0001.htm)
And for all those wondering, Bill and I decided to take over the Thursday track rental so we can actually have a gamblers race, if the BPG rented the track, they can't have any racing, only test and tune, cause of the agreement between Bill and I and Norwalk Raceway. WE wanted to give the racers another chance to actually race before the Big Day, on Sunday which is the 15th Annual! The increase in entry fees for the first time in many years is due to the increase in track insurance and other fees, like personnel, water and sewer disposal(we pay by the gallon used!) Etc. Hotel info will be available tomorrow! RV :beer :3gears: :bglasses:

Will the additional charges be sent in or paid at the gate if we use last years rain out ticket?
Also thanks to your accomplas Bill and all of the other folks that put in long hours for our enjoyment.

Mike, Thanks for all the great comments, that is what keeps Bill and I engaged to do it again, we love doing the Buick Race at Norwalk, cause it is a great place and they treat us better than family, in fact the track personnel fight over who gets to work our event!
I talked with Bill about the rain out tickets, and we feel that we should ask the participants to add the $5 difference, in order to cover the increased costs at the track. I have an idea, if you have a red track tech card, from last year's Friday rainout, you should send it to me with your registration/Pre-entry and I will credit you $25 and you should include the $5 increase with that, then we will send you a Pre-entry card, to be used at the track entrance, on Friday, April 29th, and if you don't do this, it will become a major issue at the track entrance, so this is a thing that needs to happen, unless you enjoy waiting in line! I also want to try to get Pre-entered in one line and Not-pre-entered in another line to get the line of great Buick racers off the main road ASAP, So think about this, if your are Pre-entered for Sunday's race, get in the left lane into the track and if you aren't get in the Right Lane, Hey thanks for all the input and see you soon, seems like it should be tomorrow, that's how much, Bill and I enjoy putting this deal together! But then it's over too soon, and we want to do it again, you all are great racers, and especially Friends, that we can't do without, and if you have any suggestions or comments, please let us know, we do this for our Buick Friends, and not for any other reason, cause we love our Buicks, like you do, and I hate to say this, If we didn't do it, who would, and what do you want to do when you grow up! DuH! Race Buicks!

There's been a major personnel change and it's sort of complete now. The Booking Code is BUCK, and the rates are $59 for Thursday, and $74 for Friday and Saturday, try talking to Misty or Christine and give them some time to find the block of rooms. Best Western 419-663-3501 or Amerihost 419-663-1922, we are hoping to fill the BW first then send folks to the Amerihost, but if you have a preference, go for it. RV
