convertible door wedge plates

does anybody know where the plates on the convertible doors go?i recently had my cars body redone and i changed the doors,now i cant remember where the plates go?the ones on the body were easy as the holes were still there but the doors i used were off of a coupe so there were no holes.????

There should be two dimples on the door where the plate goes. It should be in the same area where the door jamb plate would rub the door.

Don't those plates go on the the door jamb at the upper rear near the the belt moldings? Above the striker bolt if i'm not mistaken. I could be wrong.
