Flyers and pre-entry forms went out yesterday morning to over 400 folks, thanks to my friend Stephanie for helping fold the flyers and lick and stamp envelopes! Reminder, that the booking code for the Best Western 419-663-3501 and Amerihost, 419-663-1922 is BUCK and must be mentioned when making reservations or you don't get a room in the block and that potentialy goofs the motel people even more than usual!and you may not get the room rate for the blocked rooms, or may be told the hotel is full. see ya soon.
