I am going to buy some 295 t/a tires.
Should I get the 10" version of the Buick ralley or the 8" version?
Should I buy these from Specialty Wheel? I think that is the company everyone has suggested.
I think if I get the 8" I should be getting 4.75 backspacing, right?
If I get the 10" wheel I should get the 5.625 backspacing.
I am just asking, cause I think the 295 is the most I can put on an 8". If I ever want to go any thing bigger later, the 10" gives me that chance to go bigger later.
Thanks guys! :beer

You should have no problem with 295 50's on the 10 inch rims. 5 5\8 is about right unless your diff is offset like mine :Dou: but even then 295's should be ok, with 325's it could get tight.

Yes, that is what I was thinking. I would be able to get the 295 on a 10 now vs. the 8. Then down the road if there is a tire size that is bigger, that doesn't require "trimming" the inner fender, I could upgrade.
Any and all opinions are welcome!
