REALLY need a 4-bbl Carter for a 300ci with Auto Trans

I found a Carter online that was for my 4bbl 300 manifold, but it turns out the base of the carb was cracked. Huge bummer.

I still need a Carter 4bbl that will work with my 300 manifold with Automatic transmission. Please e-mail me if you have one for sale.

I happen to posess said carb, in working condition. I am willing to sell only for the right price, as it will make it harder to sell my manifold. I will take $260 + shipping. The carb is off a running 65 300 with st300. Let me know, but be advised it may take a few days for me to respond.
