Have to prime my 2 Barrel

I have to prime my Carb ever time I want to start my 69 Skylark. It doesnt matter if I have ran the car an hour and then turn it off, it still wont start, any idea what the problem is and how to fix it, Thanks

How long does it have to sit before it won't re-start?

Have you checked for accelerator pump shot before priming the carb?

Check for broken or cracked rubber gas lines. I had the same type of problem when I first got my 65 Skylark. Lines were dry rotted over rearend. Dan
