Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. Looks great !!!
I own a '56 Roadmaster 4dr ht and I want to reactivate the
original washer/wiper. My problem up to now is to find the
correct 'wiring' for the different parts. The shop manual keeps
silent and the other documentation I have too.

Please could anyone help me.

Thanx in advance
Robert

Hi Kindacool,

thanks, that's what I was looking for. Where does it come from?

Greetings from south to north

Hi 56Roadi,

had the same problem like you do: Lots of lines and no idea how to bring this "plate of spaghetti" together...
Found the diagram "accidentally" here:

I do not now what manual/service bulletin it comes from, but I would guess it comes from a part book or service manual supplement or is even from the wiper's manufacturer TRICO.

Vielleicht sieht man sich ja mal irgendwo :beer

It comes from the 1956 Buick Product School Manual, printed for the dealerships for the new model changes in '56! I posted the diagram on the BCA web site many years ago because it is NOT in the shop manual. This book is sometimes seen for sale on Ebay.

Thanx to all for the answers.

Seems like I'll bid for a school manual :Comp: if there is such info in it ...

It is also in the "product service Bulletin book, along with a ton of other great stuff. Keep an eye out for that book.

I've been looking for this also. I would imagine this is also correct for a 55 buick right?. Does the vaccuum hose come from the fuel pump and are all the lines just simple rubber vaccuum hose? thanx
