Will 245 50 16s fit on a `66 GS?

Hi,will 245 50 16`s on a 16x8 w/4" backspace fit on a `66 Skylark GS?

Hey George, bring the wheels to my place and we'll test fit them on my 66's! :Brow: Then we'll see how they hook up. :3gears:

But seriously, I have 275's on my blue car on Buick 15x7 mags. But the 12 bolt rear is one inch narrower than the stock Buick rear, the springs are a bit taller than stock, and the wheelwell lip is rolled up. It's a tight fit.

255's on 15x7 Buick mags just fit on my red cars.....They're tight near the fender, there's a bit more room on the inside.

Do you know what the backspacing is for the 15x7 Buick mag?

maybe 3.75? or 4.00?arent the 66 rears narrower than the 67-up?
