800 q-jet how to hook up

got a new streetmaster 800 stage 2 Q-jet and dont know how to hook it up there are like a million openiings for hoses and stuff and only 3 vacum and 1 fuel on my holley im confused at which to use :Do No:
and there a treaded hole in the back in the middle on the bottom with nothin in it :Do No: heres a pick

I used a banjo fitting at the fuel inlet and used the hole in the back to go to the pcv valve...I can take a couple of pics if that would help? Mine is a four speed so I'm not sure what might differ if you have an auto. :Do No:

ok thanks so block all the others and use the threaded hole in the back to the pc valve, and the some other 2 for vacums cool thanks.
