i have a 70 buick skylark with sbb, 205 60 15s on the front and 295s 50 15s.my question is the back sits pretty good but would like stiffer springs ,i use to have 275s on 15x7s but now i got 15 x 10s with 295s and seems its going to hit with people.well i would like recommendations for the best rear springs and my front springs are really sagging i scraped my headers a few times already :Dou: .also what are the best front and rear shocks??im also going to buy some polyurethane bushings.so what works best for u guys?? this pic is with my 275s.

A lot of people like Moog springs for stock-type replacements, I like KYB Gas-A-Just shocks, and airbags in the rear springs at 6 or 8 psi should eliminate any rubbing.

This thread, or the starter of this thread should be able to provide a lot of insite into what you need to do

i was thinking of some kyb shocks.u got em ???how do they drive??and forgot to mention that i got 5 1/2 backspacing on the 15x 10s.ill probably also get some moog springs ,i think that if i get all new components the suspension will be better, because my front will go really low on any dip.

I like my KYB shocks a lot. It sounds like your springs are worn out.

I can't really attest to the ride of the KYB's with stock-type springs because I've always had Hotchkis springs with the KYB's. They ride great with the higher rate springs so I'd imagine even better with stock-type.
