hey can someone help me ID this Q-jet carb :Do No: :puzzled:

it was on my 69 Stage 1 4 speed car and was wondering what is was
I pulled it off and put on a 72 Riv 800 cfm carb :Brow: :shock:

the # are 7028212-DH

But I think the "1" is a 68 Chebbie division Q-jet, and a "4" there would have been a Buick. :Do No:

It's a 1968 Chevy small block carb 327 auto

It's a 1968 Chevy small block carb 327 auto

Acually its for either a '68 327/275hp or '68 350/295hp.

The DH is a broadcast code. There should also be 4 more numbers for the date code. First 3 for julian day and last 1 for year.
