I was wondering if you guys, that put 17's on, have disk brakes all the way around? If so where can you buy a disk brake kit for a 12 bolt?

Thanks
Chris

I have 4 wheel disc breaks on mine. It's a home grown recipe that cost about 175 bucks and 8 hours of work. The down side is I have no parking break. I don't plain on parking the gs on a hill any time soon anyway. Here's a break down.

70 vette master
rear disks of a late 90's Jeep Grand Cheer
Summit perportioning valve
A body calipers
brakets for A body calipers that weld to the rear. (Summit)

While your messing with the lines, you just as well as a line lock. You will need it to heat the tires. The disk hold a lot better than the drums.
