Holley Street avenger for my St1 455

Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has experience with the Street Avenger from Holley? Thinking of putting on of these on the 455? It came highly reccomended by a chevy, guy who knows his stuff, but I wanted to check specificly with the Buick guys... I'm thining the 770cfm wiht the mrgasket adapter for the spreadbore intake... Thoughts?

i had one on my 430, the engine did not like it, i had trouble getting it right.so i am going to a 850 on mine.i'll gladly sell ya my 770 :)

JW has said to stay away from the Avenger carbs. I personally found an Edelbrock 1910 carb which is an 850 cfm with electric choke. Not made any more, but they are on ebay and sold through some places as remans. It is under a different part number than 1910 though.
