You should be a ble to find information on that set up on an Olds site.
It was a 220 HP engine, not the best turbo engine because it was a high compestion engine.At least what I have been able to read about them and I saw one of the olds with the turbo engines for sale a while back

the olds 215 had a differnt block and heads but would interchange with the buick models
the heads had more bolts than the buick
but the buick had bigger exhaust outlets than the olds
the intakes would interchange and the cranks and pistons would change over as well
but not the black and heads
instead of straight bolting with the heds if you look on the buick they had an extra bolt off center between the cylinders to hold the haeds on as well
