What 1969 GS does this VIN indicate?

It doesn't. 69 GS is either 44637.... for hard top or 44667.... for conv.

Hey John.Not meaning to one up Ken here but "446" is a GS 400.Looks like that 43437 is a GS350 H.Top as far as I can tell.Later,Tony.
