Help Code 45 On 86 Regal, Cant Figure Out

Hello, I have a 86 regal 3.8 2bbl, and have a problem code 45 comes up after ever try to fix, I had bad gas lines from the under side rail, so replaced, then found dirty gas filter , replaced it, then found a weep hole leak at fuel pump, so replaced it, car keeps choking off as if flooded, car dies pull over put foot to floor and turn key and car starts and is very fluttery and sound bad, then high rpm idle, let sit and try again and bogs on road when gas is given like it is flooding carb, I do not under stand says code 45 have disconected battery between each fix and still comes back code 45, HELP HELP, I HATE ECM'S, GIVE ME A 455 OVER ANY MODERN IGNITION. c_geske@earthlink.net please post soon thanks

look in your manual even a haynes has the codes If my memeory serves me correctly 45 is 02 sensor but it could also be the enrichment solenoid when they go bad they usually go to rich mode good luck

the car was gas rich, the carb would not open the electric choke was bad, the primary pull off would not open carb and also caused a vacuum leak, and the efe grid under carb was bad, thanks been hard but found from others and gm workers at buick dealers , thanks
