Rear Door Buick Script

I am trying to remove the buick script from my rear door on the wagon,are they the pry out type or do they have nuts on the inside,i cant see the studs,nuts from inside the door unless i remove all the door guts?,any info most welcome...Darren

If you are talking about the tailgate, my 68 sportwagon is a press on emblem. i would think yours would be the same type.

Yes it is the tailgate,i will have to try prying one letter off,i cant for the life of me see any nuts on the inside of the door....
