Hmmm, thats a tough one. Lemme think.......Still thinking................Wait, I know..... Cause I don't have $75000.00 to build a 7 sec V-6 Race car :Smarty:

My 455 Wagon combo cost under 1K Canadian to do. It ran into the 13's, drove me to work all year (including the Canadian winter), hauled engines, and towed moving trailers. Total car value: $1800.
Any idiot can go fast with cash. Let's see if you have the brains to go fast with class.

Twin turbo SBC in Chow's car....no Buick V6 there.
I can think of at least one Buick V6 that will run in the 7's. And another one in the works...

At least 3 I can think of:
*Tweaked (at least when Lawrence had it)
*John Schmidt's TT Opel
*Blue TR (not sure of the name on it.....starts with "R" I believe)
There's been several low 8 sec. ones also.....should be more 7 sec. cars soon.

Anderson went a 7.25 last fall. 6's maybe possible with that car.

V6 or V8 Buick who really does give a ****. Its all those turbo dudes that take this stuff way too seriously. They think that V8's are slow or something, but it ain't like the old days in Bowling Green when 90% of the field is turbo cars. The dudes running 455's have been around forever and its the turbo dudes that are waivering and quitting and selling there cars for Mustangs. Take a look at the BPG, V8's are ruling and if it wasn't for Jack Cotton's boys there would have been very little turbo presence at Nats. I've been on both sides of the fence and the majority of V8 dudes don't even realize there is a huge rivalry amongst us, other than the GSCA/BPG rivalry. V6 dudes can't stand getting beat by a V8. Walk around the track alittle bit at some of the Buick events, you'll find there are some very peculiar reactions to some of the racing....... :3gears:
