Anyone have some pictures showing the AC box clearance issues when doing a small block Buick?
I'd also like pictures of SBB with factory A/C delete setups as well.
I have an AC delete setup available for my car...
Thanks,

The stock valvecover clears the box with a little room left over. After-market cover is very close and will hit box if the motor is allowed to rock on motor mounts. I have mine chained.

You are ahead of most of us if you have an AC Delete :) .The 350's and 3.8's have about the same valve cover clearance :( .Most of us crack the original AC box apon instulation anyhow

I ended up taking the entire fan/box/garbage out of there. The huge gaping hole will be filled in to look smooth with the firewall, but thats going to be done after the test fitment of the BBB. Finally got my motor pads in after a 2 month wait.
I ended up changing the heater box in my Regal it had a box like the one with the NA V6 above and for more clearance I changed to this box:

This is the one removed from the car:

Note the depth of the AC condensor is much deeper in the one pulled out of the car.
