The wife of a friend and coworker of mine has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She has probably a month or so to live. She and her husband have one of the best marriages I have ever witnessed. Obviously, this is devastating to both of them and their pain will only increase as she declines.

I don't frequent here often, but if you could find a moment to pray for Francine and Gary, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Ken,
As a son of a cancer victim as well as a husband of another survivor, I will say prayers for them. This is a terrible thing for anyone to endure and I wish them well. The hardest thing to do is stand by watching our loved ones deal with this. They are in my prayers.

God we ask for a miracle regarding Francines health. We would desire that her pain would be minimal and understanding and peace would frequent Gary and her life at this time of termoil and confusion. Although we don't them personally, you do and that is what matters most now. Please put your arms around them and love them like no other can. Amen.

Well done Mike.

Ken,
You know I will be offering my prayers. These will be difficult times and they deserve all the help and compassion needed both physically and spiritually.

Thank you very much, guys. I do believe in the power of prayer and positive thinking. These are really nice people that don't deserve this.....

Thanks again.

Thanks, guys. She's home and is doing ok for the moment. Early next week they have a meeting with doctors to determine if she can handle further chemo and if it is worth attempting. I certainly hope it's determined she's strong enough.

Your prayers are appreciated. Thank you very much.

Ken I feel for you to have to see this and for Gary to see this happen. My prayers are with you and them also! The unexplainable is so hard to understand. My prayer for all is that there is peace to all in this time of devistation. I pray that the Lord grant you peace.
God's Blessing's to you All,
Tim :)

Thanks, Guys. It was looking very dire as she could not eat and hold it down. They gave her very little time. There is now a glimmer of hope as she is able to eat a little and her "numbers" (cancer level) have dropped in half suddenly. She is gaining enough strength to consider chemo to fight the disease.

I have to think the prayers have helped. Thanks.
