Are the people at Temple going to be any nicer to us this year or at least get things running earlier?

The day after St. Patricks Day, common, you're killin' me. :beer Shouldn't matter though. Don't need to get there any earlier than 3 or 4:00 right!

Just kidding Phil.

That’s it I have had enough of you! Jarrod is now assigned as:

The Complaint Department Manager for the Brand X Bash.

The job comes with no pay or benefits (Maybe BBQ but you have to Ask Frank Brooks nicely).

All complaints should be remedied in a timely manner "immediately"

In addition to your new responsibilities you are now given the additional title of: Track liaison to the track owner.

It is your job weather you choose to accept it to immediately address all problems with her!

Thanks for your help :eek2:

Not this Time. We are not even advertising that we are going to the track via the temple website, So we are going to have in a true sense a X Bash. the Track owner did appoligize about the lightning issue.

Hear, Hear!!!
I had to miss the Abilene Robert Burns dinner last night, and I'm still grumpy about it.

The year just won't be complete without hearing "Ode to a Haggis"

OK, I can handle that title...do I get to bring my sidearm, and can I shoot at anybody who doesn't bow down low enough when a Buick is doing a burnout??? :Brow:

Ok, changed my mind..... James is no longer the body guard for Jarrod... Jarrod you are on your own Buddy....

However It is open season for lightnings I hear.... James Our unofficial "I am not involved by anymeans!" Lightning Hunter...

As for the late race well sorry guys thats the best I can do. But at least we have a scheduele to go by this time.

OK, so I'll leave the .45 at home and bring an icechest full of water-balloons. (lightning...electricity...water...get it? I crack myself up!)

Seriously, Phil - no worries about the time - I'd be happy just to hang out and smell the burning rubber! :TU:

Is there going to be an award for RLC (runs like crap) this year?

This is an award specifically for the car and driver that have died in the middle of the track the most times. :Dou:

I have won the prestigious LLC (looks like crap) LSPBC award but would like to step up to the RLC category! :TU:

An Award for Dee. POJ (Piece of Junk award).... I have an old Carter 625 I could make into an award. But, The person who wins this award must assign it to the following years winner and must prominently and proudly display their award at all car shows/events for the following year or until the next Texas Buick event.... Award can not be recieved 2 years in a row.

Dee you are the first awardee of this fine piece of buick memorabilia :TU:

Oh cool! For all of my hard work and effort (and embarrassment) I put into dying in the middle of the track at least 10 times, I need something to make me feel proud. :bglasses:

Also, reverse psychology says if I get an award for POJ, my car won't die next time on I'm the 1/4 mile track! :Dou:

Instead of being known as the GS girl, I'm starting to be called the girl that can't get her car down the track. :eek2: I'm getting a bad reputation. :ball:
