How about 2 tone wheels? Maybe center black with cream outer or vice/versa?

Jeff, your adding a few hours to my painting time..From the factory did they come factory body color or were they black?? I do not plan on running the trim rings, just the dishes. I know mopars were always body color, but not sure with Buicks.........

You didn't give us enough information, because it depends on which size wheels you are using, ie. 14" vs 15".
A name sure would be nice also.

The 1970 Buick Special I owned in the 80's had dog dish hubcaps and the original paint on the rims matched the body color.

From what I gather from the factory assembly manual, unless your car was White or Bamboo Cream the wheels were body color. If the car WAS White or Bamboo Cream the wheels are supposed to be painted black, at least in 1970.
