If you have a hole above the trunk lock, it's probably a rust hole. If it's below, it's a 69 bumper. The hole is for the reverse light. :laugh:

Yep, 69 bumper has that long rectangular reverse light placed top middle of the bumper.

Hi , I also have a 68 Skylark Custom ... and better I do have the very same thing on my car ...

Left is a correct 68 bumper I bought , but need rechrome , right is a 69 bumper that is still on the car with the reverse "rectangle" , but I didn't have the correct lense

Very few people knows that or pay attention on car shows I attend .

Just to know , does your car has bucket seats with console (2 sp auto Super Turbine 300) ?
