Does stockton wheel make replica buick ralley wheel? If so do they come with buick center caps? $?

Not sure about the wheels, but Mitch Romanowski makes superb repro wheel centers. Around $150/set of 4. His email is mitchromanowski@avenew.com . I bought a set for my 68 GS last winter, and they are very well made and look great! He has pdf files he can email you with pics and prices.
