1950 super 4 door

i might have a line on a buick super 4 door, it has all original parts, straight 8, 3 spd, has not ran in 25 years. anyone know the value of something like this? also, how would i go about getting it moved, brakes locked and sitting flat. tell me what you think. thanks

I'll try to help a little bit,

on the value they aren't worth much as a whole car , they seem to be worth more in parts, I've got a 2-door fast back that i've been trying to sell for over a year and not much luck.

on moving it i would depending on the situation just call a flat bed tow truck, they always have a good strong winch to pull it up on the bed or i guess if you have a trailer with a good winch it would work the same.

anyway they are cool old cars and a lot of fun to drive, hey if you get it and decide to part let me know there a few things i would get for mine :TU: , i hope this helps. kenny

Chad, I just saw your post...I have the same car(sort of) It's a '50 body on a '65 Wildcat chassis. The hard stuff was done when I bought it. It has a 401 Nailhead , s-p400 transmission, and 10 bolt posi. It's nosed and decked, shaved, frenched lights, lowered a few inches.White with pink/green pearl paint.The grill is out of a '54 chevy. I'm the only Buick in my streetrod club(70+ members). I'm going to pull the engine and tranny to detail them and the engine compartment in a couple weeks. After that I'm going to freshen up the interior(new carpet, door panels). It's definitely a cool ride and I always get lots of thumbs up!

Value wise I would do a search on ebaymotors. See a few of these "garage finds"
there and don't sell for a whole lot of money. Not a muscle car you know, these days
thats what everyone wants.
