OK..got a couple days off...weather is nice in the garage. Going to replace the speedo cable and the various inde lights...61 LeSabre.
Took the dash cap off..have the 61 chassis manual...followed the directions to remove the insterment cluster BUT..something seems to be hanging up on the left side of the panel. Can't see what it might be. Am I missing something not in the manual? I don't want to force it. One thing...I can't see the "safey buzzer" ground that should be removed, but I don't see that as the problem. I seem to have this kind of luck with the simple things.
I'm not the greatest at fixing stuff but I follow directions pretty good.
