They'll bolt up, but...the oiling system is different on the 455, and will require different pushrods because of the different rocker design. I can't remember what it takes to make the earlier heads accept the later rockers, but it can be done. The question would be why; the truth is the later heads are much better. Before you spend a ton of money doing a transplant, get the 67 heads magnafluxed and checked out for cracks, these were very prone to it, especially the 67 set.
