The Queen Mary III started to get some her chrome installed and starting to look good. Sandy Bumper Mart advised me today that the bumpers and the bigger pieces will be ready in a couple of weeks. :beers2:

I purchased some new inner door handles and window cranks from Classic Buicks. The new cranks will not click in, they appear to be too long :Do No: Photo 1 & 2 the new crank is on the left, photo 3 is old crank and 4 is new crank

This weekend I took the GS350 to the Syracuse Nationals, while I was there, I visited Sandys Bumper Mart and picked up the Bumpers and large chrome pieces. The back of the Rainier was packed with parts :TU:

Yes, Sarge, Thank You. Too much rain to drive any of the cars to Manchester CT (91 Miles 1 way) This weekend, got all the tail light bezels, lights, lens, trunk lock and re-wired the back up light sockets, installed the rubbers for the vent windows, remote mirror, touch up the rims and installed the hub caps

Today was over at the Queen Mary III, she was getting a little polishing and waxing while waiting for the backup socket thingys to come. I took the 97 Riviera which I just got back from having Baer rotors and pads installed  I took a ride through soome of the back roads and not even a mile from the house I found a 64 LeSabre 4 door post car in pretty decent shape, Hmmmmmmmm

Louie, i had the same problem with the cranks i got from Ledgendary...
I had to take a Dremel with a cutoff wheel and cut the grooves some more that the clip sets in, it appears when they manufacture the handles they don't cut the groove wide or deep enough so when the clip is installed on the handle it doesn't come in far enough so it doesn't lock on the grooved shaft. When you look at the clip when its installed on the handle it may look like it should lock on but it won't unless you modify the groove. At least this is what i had to do after pounding, swearing, throwing things and a few choice words for the supplier:af: :af: :af:

Nice to meet you at the reunion, my wife enjoyed talking with you also, she says to say hi, hope to catch up to you someday again, Gord
