Wow!!! My dad had a `69 when I was in high school just like that one in Nashville. Same colors only with a white top. He always had big Buicks, Olds, or Caddys and that `69 was the most powerful car I'd ever driven up to that point. Then he bought a `72 Electra w/455 and the same colors. Nice car but it wouldn't get out of it's own way. Bill

im new to the forum and yes thats my car, my grandmother gave me the buick a few months ago but I dont have the room or the time to do anything with it right now, the aircleaner says its a 445 wildcat, they use to pull a boat with it in the 60's and 70's in the last 30 years it was not drivin very much, the master cylinder, fuel pump and water pump have been replaced, it does need tires they were bought in the early 80's, I also have 2 new fuel pumps that were bought in the early 80's if anyone needs one, napa part # M4553 the box says made in the usa
i have had it listed on craigslist off and on for the last 2 months, most of the responces from the craigslist adds have been from spammers, have had a few people say there coming out for the car but have flaked,
I think you are replying to what I posted earlier on ? 445 is the torque rating of the engine, so that makes it a 401 CI Nailhead engine :TU: ! I noticed that you dropped your asking price again. What about US$ 1200 for that car ? (flying to California from Europe is expensive, and shipping that car to Europe will cost me alot more than US$ 1200)

so its a 401 and the 445 is the torque thanks I did not know that, 1200 is lower than I want for the buick, if it does not sell I may just buy a set of tires and start driving it,

Fair enough :beer But in your first post you typed that you don't have the room/time for that car....o No: Let me know if, in the near future, you change your mind about the asking price :TU: !
