Sounds like a neat ride! big block- 4 barrel V-8 2 doors. GT in the name! Come play.

Unless your Miller ,then a big block full size isn't a muscular vehicle!:Dou: poor tom:puzzled:

Maybe we could get Dan and Bob to extend the cut-off date to 1975. Then we could include the likes of this with a fire breathing 304 under the hood:

I believe those came only with the 265 V8. Not the 350. But it was an easy swap.

Some of these came with small block Olds, but not this small block... :bglasses: Nice to shift at 8500...little exciting at the first attempt. He recently dipped into the 7's with that car....

John Brown On permanant vacation !!

1975 California cars could have ordered the 350 V8. Everbody else was limited to a 262. The 350 was rated at a whopping (or was that hopping?) 125 ponys.

I had the 305 4-speed monza spyder, loved that car! clutch cable pulled through the firewall , body torqued so bad the passanger door would open when you hammered it and turned left. Lost the sun roof going down the road about 125.
And what can you say about the saginaw 4 speed, got pretty good at putting them in.crappy trans 16 years old and a posi !! Don't know why they broke???:Do No: :Do No:

At least Frank would like my choice of rearend I put in when it broke...

Is that a "Cobra"? I can't tell from looking at the subtle badging and stripes. :pp :pp Notice as the Horsepower declines, the fancy wrapping increases to the point of absurdity??

We used to call these Frogs .. There shaped just like a sitting frog.. I have a buddy that owns a body shop and he has a wild 78 King Cobra that some guy wanted restored and bailed on . He got stuck with it and has it stored in one of his garages .. It has way way wilder stickers than this one.. Looks like a 77 78 Trans Am hood but it is a snake.. Dark Blue car with Orange and Gold Stickers. Will try and get a pic LOL ..

Now Tim, it's not nice that you paint all the Corvette and the T/A "Smokey and the Bandit Edition" owners with such a broad brush. I know for a fact that Donny doesn't wear all that much gold braid. :puzzled:

I used to own a 1964 327/350 (with a man pedal) Sting Ray Roadster. So I know the Secret Sportscar Club handshake, and gold bullion agent's phone number.
Donny sold most of his gold back to this agent to get the $dough$ to buy his cheatin' engine parts.
