Intake heavily modified poston , now a single plane with added height to a tunnel design all ported and matched to the heads. Custom fab shorty headers 1 7/8-2 inch primaries. hooked to a turbo 350 with mods and a coan 2800 stall converter.....to a 3.42 posi.......sure there s more but I am forgeting where all the money went. Will get some pics up tomorrow hopefully........
just a couple pics....sorry I haven't had the time to get it running but .....It will. I had put the headers on and forgot to take some pics, so this is just the drivers side, but the other is much the same. you can see the new under drive pulleys I made too. http://s1021.photobucket.com/albums/af334/swannymh/buick/
nah....I wish those heads were aluminum , paint can do amazing things !! Did not put it on a dyno as I am basically a cheap guy I guess, besides, It could break on a dyno then I would really be pissed.....at least if it breaks now it will be me doing it . All the info put into the desk top dyno says 526 hp @ 6200......so if it breaks at 6200 I should be going pretty good.
my duration at .050 is 232,238......I agree with the converter stall, I will have to see how it goes but I am hoping that it will be a bit looser with the more powerful motor in there.
